Mechanical Penthouses

Our mechanical penthouses are designed and built to optimize the projects specific heating, cooling, energy and environmental goals.

We partner with design teams, owners and contractors to identify the specific project needs and collectively create a customized solution. In every project our goal is to ensure we are adding value to each stakeholder as well as the overall project.

From a stakeholder perspective we are able to add value by:

Collaborating with design engineers to provide customized MEP solutions.
Saving valuable real estate within the building for architects to maximize usable space (patient care, retail, lab space).
Allowing end users to visit the factory and make system adjustments as needed prior to final install.
Providing a product that streamlines site coordination for the general contractor.
Offering an offsite modular solution that improves overall site safety and sustainability, which benefits everyone.

And from a project perspective we are able to add value in numerous ways. Our modular mechanical penthouses are:

Built in a parallel path to the construction project which condenses the overall project schedule.
Reviewed by our service team during the design and construct phase to ensure clearances and serviceability are in line with what the end user will need.
Built in an ISO 9001 certified, climate-controlled factory that translates to a better product in the field.
An ideal option for teams that need flexibility with space layout.
Classified as a piece of equipment rather than a building structure.

Pump Skids

Our pump skids can be used for any application including process, hydronics, fire suppression, and more.

We partner with design teams, owners and contractors to identify the specific project needs and collectively create a customized solution. By integrating into the design process, we’re able to assist with system layouts and select locations that optimize the end users mechanical room footprint.

Whether it’s new construction or an existing building, there is tremendous value to this approach. Modular pump skids:

  • Help limit downtime during a renovation.
  • Provide a “plug and play” approach for connections.
  • Streamline the install coordination for new construction.
  • Are built in an ISO 9001 certified, climate-controlled factory that translates to a better product in the field.
  • Can be constructed so pumps and drives are packaged together for ease of use and serviceability. This also alleviates potential footprint concerns for the drives.
  • Are reviewed and stamped by a structural engineer.

Domestic Hot Water Skids

Our domestic hot water skids are built to satisfy all plumbing codes and provide the benefit of an accelerated field installation.

We partner with design teams, owners and contractors to identify the specific project needs and collectively create a customized solution. Our domestic hot water skids include water heaters, mixing valves, recirc pumps and all associated electrical and controls scope.

Whether it’s new construction or an existing building, the benefits of a domestic hot water skid include:

  • Limited downtime due to the “plug and play” nature of the connection.
  • Being built in an ISO 9001 certified, climate-controlled factory that translates to a better product in the field.
  • Streamlining the installation logistics for new construction by providing a consolidated packaged unit.
  • Assisting with labor constraints by building each unit in our factory and minimizing the field presence needed for install.
  • Being reviewed and stamped by a structural engineer.

Heat Exchanger & Energy Recovery Skids

Our skids offer effective time, space and energy saving solutions.

We partner with design teams, owners and contractors to identify the specific project needs and collectively create a customized solution. For each skid we collaborate with teams to identify energy savings and/or address spatial constraints.

Now, more than ever, end users are looking for sustainable solutions that offset their environmental footprint and assist with achieving operational savings.

Our heat exchanger & energy recovery skids provide:

  • Reduced operating costs.
  • A means for reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
  • A solution that’s built in an ISO 9001 certified, climate-controlled factory that translates to a better product in the field.
  • Help with meeting stretch codes.
  • Solutions for constrained site footprints.
  • Support with labor constraints by building each unit in our factory and minimizing the field presence needed for install.
  • A product that has been reviewed and stamped by a structural engineer.

Medical Headwalls

Our headwall products provide a consistent experience for installers and ultimately the healthcare staff.

We partner with design teams, owners and contractors to identify the specific project needs and collectively create a customized solution. Given the critical nature of this application, we can produce a mockup that provides the end user (medical staff) an opportunity to interface with the headwall and make the necessary adjusts to meet their needs prior to full production.

By prefabricating the medical headwall, project teams and end users can:

  • Significantly reduce project timelines – headwalls are built in a parallel path to the construction project.
  • Provide repeatability for the installation team and healthcare staff.
  • Customize each application to the needs of the medical unit.
  • Reduce site traffic and waste thereby improving sustainable operations.
  • Feel confident knowing their solution is being built in an ISO 9001 certified, climate-controlled factory that translates to a better product in the field.

Bathroom Pods

Our bathroom pods are built to your specifications and ready to “roll” onto your site.

We partner with design teams, owners and contractors to identify the specific project needs and collectively create a customized solution. We collaborate with the team to layout the pod approach in a modular fashion. Similar to our headwalls, we can produce a mockup that provides the end user an opportunity to interface with the pod and make any necessary adjusts prior to full production.

The benefits of bathroom pods include:

  • A streamlined installation process for the general contractor given their “plug and play” nature.
  • Significantly reducing project timelines – pods are built in a parallel path to the construction project and ready for install when the space can accommodate them.
  • Providing repeatability for the installation team and the end user.
  • Being built in an ISO 9001 certified, climate-controlled factory that translates to a better product in the field.
  • Reducing site traffic and waste thereby improving sustainable operations
  • Being reviewed and stamped by a structural engineer.
